As flattered as I am by this attention and apparent desire to meet me, I must confess to questioning whether your first and second points are in some way related.

Part of me secretly wants to meet up with everyone here but, it will never happen because I'm too wary of one of two scenarios unfolding... a) I fail to meet your combined expectations in person and don't live up to my charismatic online persona  -or-  b) You all fail to live up to your online personas and then I'm stuck in a pub with a bunch of dullards - kind of like Robert Downey Jr turning up at an accountancy school reunion.  I can't take either of those risks just to satisfy your curiosity.

For now, you'll just have to think of me as Kuato with a Welsh accent....

OK, so I could have come but for the fact my wife arranged a Christmas Party for the kids and their friends so I didn't even bother asking.  Then around 5 yesterday evening she says to me "Oh why didn't you go...you could have gone had you said!".  Big hairy ball sacks.
