As long as you leave enough space for both hot air to get out and cool air to get in - ie don't leave a vent at the top only, that won't really work - the ventilation should be fine.
The reverb tank needs to be kept in the same orientation as before and usually as far away from the power transformer as possible, or it can pick up hum.
