It was a permissions change we made yesterday - unfortunately, we all missed the fact that it wasn't enabled for the guest view

It's a good job we don't get paid to do this, otherwise I'd have been fired.

For code changes, possibly...however, this was a live admin change rather than code or system config. I suppose I could've (should've?) done it on the test system first...
