In short: it takes a long time to power up. Hook it up to a 9v supply and turn the pedal on. The light will come on but you will hear no sound. Over the next three to four minutes if you keep plucking strings, you'll hear a farty noise become more and more solid. Eventually the effected signal will be coming through clearly. I assume it's an internal power issue as the Fuel Tank and cables are fine with all my other pedals. Works fine once it's been powered up for three to four minutes. 

Because of this I will offer it out at £34 posted via PPG payment.
