I actually really enjoy flicking through this, something about it reminds me of 'Making Music' mag that you used to get free in guitar shops way back when.

That said, I do like the fact that many of the players I've never head of, despite them being world-conquering axe-warriors with a one-way ticket to legend status.  The 'Gnarley Dudeson of SlayTallica' Vintage Pointycaster signature model cannot be far away.

It's just a John Hornby Skewes promo mag, but it is well put together and I enjoy reading it too. 

Particularly when they have such as Nashville 'legends' saying how much better the £139 Vintage Tele they got free is than anything they've played before

I know a semi- famous guy who does get freebies from Vintage. I believe his haul when he signed up as an endorsee was the grand total of two of their LP copies. Not exactly a generous lot are they? >:D<
