Tres cool, Jack White's old band hid records in furniture

TinLipTinLip Frets: 368
Jack White and Brian Muldoon hid copies of their singles inside furniture they were upholstering when they were in their band called...The Upholsterers. Two copies have been found, 98 to go.

Even more reason to check under the cushions.

That's pretty cool, although a pants marketing strategy considering the band ended before any singles were found.
I also like that the single was called "your furniture was always dead...I was just afraid to tell you". lol.

It's a testament to their upholstery skills that it took 10years before any of the furniture was in a bad enough state for the single to be found!
Always be yourself! Unless you can be Batman, in which case always be Batman.
My boss told me "dress for the job you want, not the job you have"... now I'm sat in a disciplinary meeting dressed as Batman.
