Then I go to stand up.

DEARRRR GOD THE PAIN.  My knees, my ankles, my armss! and then there is my back... well, what used to be my back

I'm sure there are piece of spine on my board.

  • Joey, same age as me bro!

I'm quite fat, but I don't think I'd suffer quite that much. However, health is important, so I recommend offloading some pedals and cables to another 24 year old and splitting the burden.

I can do it for free, if you like? :)

you'd probably just eat them :-P
The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

    That's why I'm fat.

Not because of the calories, but have you tried passing a golden horse klon?! Wide as muthas, they are. They just build up in your belly.

And now you know why they're worth so much. The taste. Sublime. They go well with anything, too, they complement rather than colour.

Stretching is what your probably not doing.

Squatting is a healthy way of getting down low and stretches the back, valves, ankles and hips.

If stuff is clicking or stiff you're probably losing mobility and range of motion.

Frequent gentle stretches throughout a day will have visible results in a fortnight. I've found it's reduced my back trouble too.

Other than that regular exercise - squats, situps, press ups, the plank and burpees
A sig-nat-eur? What am I meant to use this for ffs?! Is this thing recording?

haha, I enjoy it and was tinkering, and the first lava cable I changed wouldn't work at all, until I changed the tip, that was a good 20 mins haha

Ha, look at all the resistance that extra long patch cable is causing.  I'm sure the high end of your tone is completely lost.  You need to reduce capacitance.

    Fucking noob.

Take up kung fu. That help with the stretching of your back muscles.
