I've had initial feedback from a building survey on a property we are looking to purchase.
The surveyor mentioned the following points:
Localised movement to the front bay.
Dampness penetration around the shared valley/lead lined hopper at the junction of the bay roofs and also around the kitchen window.
Dried out plaster throughout the property.
I'm no expert - having always bought fairly new builds in the past.
Does the above sound like major issues that we should walk away from?
Should I take a builder/roofer round get some idea of remedial costs and try and negotiate with the seller?
Should I absorb the cost under my future ownership as they are expected problems on an 80 year old property?
Any advice really appreciated from those more knowledgeable than me!

We will eventually redecorate every room over time so replastering was already in my mind. Although quite a few of the rooms were replastered 3.5 years ago.
Been googling around since I posted and referred to a few books I own.
I'm starting to think that:
The movement issue is unlikely to be a continued problem and has probably settled now. It might be more of an aesthetic thing. Probably best addressed when we look at replacing the bay window.
The roof valley repairs don't seem major problems and are expected over time- although lead isn't cheap! And this could easily be a £600 job or run into a couple of grand.
I think @ttony nailed it with the surveyor. It's in his interest to point out every last detail that could potentially comeback to bite him.
Thanks @spark240 for the reassurance and @capo4th for reminding me about the continued £££$$$'s this age of house will no doubt cost me!
I might bring it up with the seller and see if there's any room for negotiation.
