Guitar Center - New Store in New York City

I’ve been meaning to post up these pictures since I returned from NYC in December.

I was visiting the Sam Ash Music Store (on 34^th Street, between 8^th and 9^th Avenue, and B&H Photo and Video at the corner with 9^th Avenue) , when I spotted an advertisement hoarding for Guitar Center at the side of a building next to Sam Ash.

I thought it was a clever ploy by Guitar Center to put up the advertisement next to Sam Ash.

This is for a new store which was opened on 8^th August 2014. It is conveniently located in Times Square for those who do not wish to travel to their other store on 14^th Street, close to Union Square.

The highlight was seeing Clapton’s Blackie, and his Crossroads ES-335, both of which are now owned by Guitar Center.
