These are the best commercial iso cabs I could find, these were £400 in 2003, and Sound on sound gives them a very positive review

you can use 2 mics, and unlike the other products I've seen, this has a cab within a cab, so is far better at quietening down your valve amp


If you want to use a real amp to record, this is a very good option
