Not so much irk, but the control layout is fugly.

Not hat bothered with the rest of it (headstock looks like a Gibson copy IMHO)

Just a very, very, lazy Les Paul modernisation.

Mismatched knobs are ugly, Strat style switch is odd looking, the fingerboard looks cheap, the headstock is 'meh' ... but personally I like the idea of three Firebird pickups on a 'Paul'. They must really have a problem shifting those Firewood Xs ... their hardware is turning up all over the place.

Gibson used the "Snakehead" headstock extensively in the 1920's and on and off with some models since. 

Looks a lot like the Heritage headstock on a Les Paul though, perhaps Heritage should should sue their biological parent just like Gibson did to them in the early eighties?

Thanks for the "heads up" on the "head stock", it looked a bit too Epi to me, I didn't know about the "Snakeshead" - cheers

Not so much irk the purist in me... more offend the taste in me.

Mismatched controls, mismatched headstock (did they have a load of L6-S necks that needed shifting?) and too many pickups. 

The cherry sunburst one looks like a Hondo II prototype from the 70s.
