Just wondering what peoples experiences of the TC Ditto Looper is.

Looks dead simple to use and could be fun.

Are the good or are they limited?

Thanks in advance.

  • Good. Idiot proof. Little to no tone degradation. Tiny. Pretty cheap. Hard to find fault.

I'm presuming that the only work from a power supply, I imagine they wont fit a battery in them, and, do they come with a power supply?

It does not come with a power supply no, the box is only just bigger than the pedal haha

It does exactly what you expect really, good pedal indeed.

    Runs on standard 9v

Yeah no room for a battery. Any 9v centre neg PSU will do, and they don't come with a PSU. It's all about being small with these.

Is there a single button looper on the market that does?

Can't you clear out the loop pretty-much silently by doing a very short press immediately followed by a long press? This seems to work for me...

Out of interest, what would be the price if you didi sell?

Yes that works, but as that also clears the memory you have to be sure that you won't need to recall the loop as once it's gone it's gone.

Anyway it works fine for me that way,.

Whatever the going rate is on here....I've only just this afternoon been thinking about the pedals I can shift as I think I'll be raising funds towards anew guitar.

I'll have a check through the classifieds and see.

    OK ta,

I'll give it some thought - still delving into the world of loopers

    Thanks

Don't think so...that's the penalty for the small form factor.

Yes...but 'pretty-much silently' is a bit fugly for performance.

I had mine on my board for general amusement and showing ideas at rehearsal: perfect for that.
