It sounds glorious at home and I can't wait for next weekends gigs to give it a proper workout

Now to experiment with fitting it into my gigging setup -  I could probably just take this and a guitar and be very happy from what I've heard this morning...

Very nice GAS. I don't really do crushing gain, but I've always like the look of these.

So far two thoughts -   it's insanely loud, and the reports about the channel 1/2 volume balance being a little off are true - but I'll be controlling it from the G system so I can edit patch volume that way and it should be fine.

I would be nice to have a master volume - I can predict that tweaking the volume onstage will be a pain but i can live with that as it sounds so good..   already debating if I should get rid of one or two drive pedals that will be surplus now...

I'm thinking the next buy will probably be the matching evh cab before I end up scuffing the matchless if I gig it.

I'd love one of these. Steel panther use them, and they have killer tone, and it can get into bigger gain, too.

I saw one on ebay - only a couple of months old and not too far away - I offered him cash and grabbed it
By coincidence another one appeared today at the same price i paid - must be like buses lol    Keeping my eye out for 2x12 to match it now.

I'm loving the sounds but tonight I've been cursing it - trying to get it to work nicely with my G system with 4cm.   Midi set up for program changes fine but the effects loop needs controller codes to enable it and then the loop seems to be bypass the channel volumes...  grr!!

It should be simple enough to set up but I'll pause and look at it again in daylight to see what obvious blunder I'm making...
