I have windows 7 and outlook for email

I keep getting LOVEFILM shit and others on a daily basis which are sent automatically to the junk folder but can I stop them from coming in at all ....so they are blocked from my PC?

 

that way I would not have to empty 20 bloody emails everyday day from the junk folder

You could make filters (which I believe is a functionality available in Outlook) to catch them and have them deleted automatically.
Newsletters from legit companies (like Lovefilm) normally have an "opt-out/unsubscribe" link in their footers though.

a) can you not unsuscribe from their d/lists ?

b)if you have a full blown outlook client, why not just set your junk folder to clear out daily ?
