Disgusting.  Was going on when I lived in Newham as well.

All local industry and industrial units destroyed to be replaced by empty office blocks, all local people relocated to the Thames Gateway Floodplain to be replaced by high cost housing.  Originally the developers promised some 10 to 20% low cost housing then went...

'Ner, you are a poor Council, we'll stop development unless you let us do what we want'.

Now it seems they don't even have the obligation to initially pretend they are building a percentage of low cost housing.

This country is as bad as China.

I had a Chinese guitar once and it just had standard dot inlays.  Social cleansing inlays must only be available as an optional extra or on custom models.
