  • What an amazing bargain.

I've been messing with an AT-200 this week and they are loads of fun.

    I don't.

Did you see what they did to all their staff in the US?

^ What? EDIT: I mean what did Peavey do, not that I question the veracity of what you're saying :D

Is that RRP of nearly £1300 accurate? Can't help thinking it would be more useful to come with a cab than a guitar though.
Always be yourself! Unless you can be Batman, in which case always be Batman.
My boss told me "dress for the job you want, not the job you have"... now I'm sat in a disciplinary meeting dressed as Batman.

  • Couldn't resist and pulled the trigger.  Coming tomorrow.  What is there to lose?

As far as I see it - if I punt them off second hand down the line - must I'm gonna lose is £100 ........ and be able to play with new toys for a few months.

The guitar looks like it'll be a hoot.
Money, guitars, cars, football, beer and women - roughly in that order.  Also, black things are good.  All hail the Lords Black, Burnel, Cornwell and Greenfield - and Squire Warne.  Currently levelling buildings with a Precision bass for the unrivalled www.daphnedontfloat.com

They treated their UK staff worse. I have heard many tales of turning up for work to find the facility padlocked, and to be told that they are being laid off with immediate effect... and only barest minimums paid.

I'd be interested to know if G4M are able to provide full warranty on these - ie were they bought through Barnes & Mullins (new distributor) or were these bought from the auction of bankrupt stock from after the Corby facility was closed down.

Peavey have acted so badly toward their staff (many of whom had been there *years*) - and its clear that Hartley is living up to his reputation (not the one he tries to put forward).

A poor state of affairs, IMHO.

    Never Ever Bloody Anything Ever.
