WANTED: Fender John Mayer Stratocaster

Hey guys, 

Give me a shout if you have a John Mayer strat that you'd like to sell, I'm having a bit of GAS for one at the moment.

I'd prefer a white one, but not too fussed really - just give me a PM with what you got.

Are you looking for just a mayer strat? If not, I have a white fender american standard stratocaster for sale?

was it just the sound you wanted, or the actual signature model?

I thought the big deal with this was the scooped-mids single coils, does anyone sell these or an equivalent?

When the JM came out you couldn't buy the pickups separately

Sorry wanted the JM Strat, 

I would be interested in a 62 hotrod strat though if anyone has one, something vintage looking/sounding with a 9.5 inch radius fret board!

But yes, ideally, just the JM strat.

Again, not a John Mayer, but is this of any interest? It's the right colour and has a 9.5" radius fingerboard.

Thanks mate, looks like a lovely guitar - im just looking for something a bit more vintage flavoured at the moment, but not with vintage frets and fretboard radius!

that looks a shambles - talk about attention to detail can't even get the guys name right.

Oh dear, that is indeed awful! I Think it's supposed to be a Black 1 replica, but they managed to get just about every detail wrong?! £1800?! Wow.

Anyway! Still looking for a JM strat or vintage hot rod!

You know, I'm not 100% sure but I think it was £1325 collected. A lot of cash but I am really happy with it - I would have been happy with a JM too, I'm sure!
