NPD! Thorpy Psycho Muff

So, my Psycho Muff arrived today courtesy of @thorpy6 and I love it! It's a triangle muff clone, and it's completely different to any of the (few) fuzzes I've ever used. It's going on my board full time, but I haven't figured out what it's replacing yet. Probably the Rat, but I think I'll just end up with them both on a bigger board in the long run. Pics:

I particularly like the way it came pre set to the settings noted inside the lid :D

The finish is lovely and it'll look good next to my orange thorpy klone.

I'm quite inexperienced with fuzz, so I've not got much to compare it to but I can say that it's the first one I've played that I like. It's a lot smoother than what I thought of as fuzz, which is what I'm after, but it'll still get dirty too. I'm really happy, now I just need to play with it some more!

Really pleased you like it, the settings as set were what I thought you would like ref pink floyd style smooth and dirty.

each to his own and all that, but I'm not sure I could bring myself to buy a pedal without any logo or other markings on it - the same goes for unmarked headstocks - I'd have to have something on it or it would look wrong.

I quite like the mystery. Besides, in 20 years when ThorpyFX is a massive company supplying all the top artists the original unlabelled clones will be worth a fortune... :P

Rockbox Boiling Point, Landgraff OD and I think the Clay Jones and Bob Burt stuff don't have Logos or identifying marks, just saying.

So, if @thorpy6 makes one that's better would that make it a Psycho Killer?

You're missing out, :) that being said the production items are branded.
