Ehx big muff tone wicker which power supply?

As above, probably gonna answer my own question !
Manual says centre negative , is that a standard boss type supply?
And also is it any good stacking a boss sd1 or similar in front of the muff ?

Negative center 9VDC is what you need so yeh the Boss PSA one is good for it.

Try a DS-2 on Turbo mode into a Big Muff!

My pedal buying is on hold for now , all I have is Boss sd1 and digitech blues screamer ! :x

Try the muff into sd1 too.

Ok have tried sd1 into Muff and not the sound I was after.
Just a case of experimenting , sounds better with single coils !

Flip them around. Muff into sd-1 can make a pretty cool lead sound.

It's a pretty colourful sound though - you'll either like it or you won't!

Just played the Muff into sd1! Wow like night and day!
Pretty much the sound I am after , the volume on guitar is your friend here
really happy with this, thanks for advice everyone :-)

Told you turns it from a very scooped distortion fuzz into a fuzzy, but focused, lead tone. I LOVE that sound.

Running it into a ds-2 works brilliant too. John frusciante slane castle lead tone is a muff into ds-2 I think. Bitching.
