Modellers acrylic paint - any good?????

Hi all,

Ive just been into my local shop ( U.K. shop Boyes )  and they are selling an  air brush kit for £8    and some paints(Acrylic)in small pots and the thinners to dilute it down aimed at model makers. could someone in the know tell me if this would do for spraying guitars as i have no experience at spraying, we have compressors at work so thats not  a problem. 

If the acrylic is not good can you put nitro cell  through an airbrush.

any help apreciated

Headphones

I often paint my pedal builds this way (model acrylics and cheap plastic airbrush).  Can't speak for a guitar though; probably best with rattle cans at that size.

Sassafras

Good for creating designs on the body but as Headphones says it would be hard to get an even, overall finish with a small airbrush.
