Boss RV-1000 Rack reverb

I have acquired one of these, not sure how long its been  hanging around but it has three damaged jack sockets on the back, looks like someone dropped it and the nuts sheared off.

First off is it worth repairing?. I have a use for it if it is, stick it in the loop of my Ceriatone OTS. 

Anyone know what these sockets are? Labeled Kunming L:9.0. I googled it but didn't get very far.

If you like lo-fi reverb then it's a decent cheap option. The reverse gate is pretty good if you're into My Bloody Valentine.

If I can find the right jack sockets then it might be worth a fix. Provided that they're not £15 each!!
