I don't know anything about this pic, but I do know that I would probably look as awkward as the people who look like they are trying to to dance to Frank Zappas music.  I love Frank Zappas music but......

I'm not sure about the age of consent, but I do know that a lot of places in the US allow underage people entry to bars but they must wear a specific colored bracelet or hand stamp to prevent them from buying alcohol.

I admit she doesn't look great for a 60-yr-old but she gets a bonus point for being able to keep the colour on a hankie for 47 years.
