Interesting - looks like it is going head to head with the Zoom G3/G3X.

Seems that there's more choice of bank/stomp/patch switching - with an options extra footswitch to give even more options. I'd definitely be interested in more from this range - perhaps a larger unit more like the G5.

It does line level too. If the big one does relay switching (or MIDI in a pinch) and can actually handle 4CM without tone suck, I'm in.

If the larger daddy (that is suuuuureee to come) has:

Midi out
4cm without tone suck
any effect in any slot
manual and patch modes
no gap when changing patches
no pitch warbly artifacts when tapping in the delay

Edited with the spec of the old flagship unit (RP1000). Not looking especially good on previous form.

If they release the one up from the RP360 without the above, then it's blatantly just going to be a case of copying Zoom, Line6 et al. Nobody seems to want to release an actual useful bit of kit with all the features that people have actually wanted for years.

At least this has Aux in. Something the G3 lacked that would have been useful for jamming along with an iPod.
