    I'm not sure many people clone the Timmy.  The maker is very well liked in the effects community and sells the original at a pretty low price.

    FWIW, i've tried a proper Timmy, a well built clone and the Dano all at the same time and there was absolutely no difference at all between them.

    So if it was to do with how they sounded, you'd be as well using a Dano.

    I can understand why you'd want a clone if it was to do with aesthetics/control placement etc, the Dano ain't the easiest or best looking pedal out there
