NAD - Rivera Fandango

OK, after my DRRI ramblings and a lot of thoughts about what I needed, I finally decided on this..

Found it in a corner of a shop website (Chandlers) for a decent price, a quick chat with the shop about the condition, history etc and it soon became mine.

I've had one before and always somehow regretting selling it, this is the 1x12 version and is most certainly "my" sound - sparkly Fender Cleans and a great Marshally vibe on the O/D channel, loads of thump from the cab too.

It has also arrived in time for the weekend gigs which is very helpful considering the Shiva is a little poorly...

So here it is...the vastly underrated Rivera Fandango

Good call, I bet its a beaut.

As a slight aside, the thread has given me cause to look at Chandlers' site for the first time in yonks - some (most) of their second hand prices for guitars and amps are extortionate!  Nearly more than new prices in some cases

Good friend of mine has a couple of Rivera M100 heads which i tried a few weeks ago and they sounded great..As you mentioned Fendery cleans and Marshall styled OD channel.

Other guitarist in my first ever band had a Rivera. Bald as a coot and we ended up sacking him, but his amp sounded great
