snarling dog wah needs repairing. where can I send it

This one was on long term loan. And now doesn't want to work. Anybody good at fixing pedals ?

    Yup, there's lots of places to send it but the hourly rate might be an issue, you could try and fix it yourself - what seems to be the matter?
    A sig-nat-eur? What am I meant to use this for ffs?! Is this thing recording?

    it powers up but no sound through it, there are two wires that connect to lights in the top and they have come away from the circuit.
