blackstar id owners how do i download presets

i have plugged my amp in gone to the online section - found presets but can not find any download button - its says details to the side of each patch - click and it brings up a pictorial represenation of the patch but i cant find any  button  to actually downlod it

You have to click on the name of the patch in the first column, then it goes to a details page including a download button.  You need to save the patch file in <user>\My Documents\Blackstar\Saved Patches\ (assuming you're using Windows)

my problem was the download button was missing. sorted it now with a flash extension
