Has anyone got a Digitech Bad Monkey gathering dust that they'd let go at a decent price? (bearing mind new is only £21)
Always be yourself! Unless you can be Batman, in which case always be Batman. My boss told me "dress for the job you want, not the job you have"... now I'm sat in a disciplinary meeting dressed as Batman.

I had the Bad Monkey and really didn't get what all the fuss was about (maybe it was my amp). The cost of the CM-2 dropped massively so I picked one up and for a time, had both the Bad Monkey and the CM-2. It was a very short time because the CM-2 sounded so much better. I know it's a cliché, but it was like taking a blanket off the amp. The CM-2 also has a switch to select between classic and modern modes, giving you a much broader spread of gain from light breakup to fairly heavy crunch.
The new price on them seems to have climbed back up a bit now (around £45) but you should be able to pick up a used one for low to mid twenties..
don't be so hard on the fellow he's saving up for a plectrum (used)Here you go @BigMonka
