I just try to get the belch to resonate and be bassy with a rich tone. There's no point in belching unless it makes you sound like a man.

I don't really burp with any real substance, I just tend to get a kinda hiss thing (I don't know either)

Some years ago, there was an ongoing challenge to make it all the way through "the world is my oyster... hahaha" in one burp (that dates it pretty accurately, actually).

My Irish friend could get to the end of "oyster" pretty consistently; I could never get much beyond "the world", and lost interest in trying to get any further, but "the world" has persisted to this day when the magnitude of the release and company permit.
