MXR Custom Badass OD. 

Missing one rubber foot and has Velcro and a box. Works perfectly. I really liked this especially for stacking with another drive pedal but it's a bit surplus these days. I've gone down the fuzz rabbit hole. The bump button and the 100hz knob are great for dialling in your OD tone. I have the box.
