FS : Torres 4 x 10" Tweed Guitar Cab - now willing to post!

I'm sure I'm going to regret this in the future but this cab is just too big to fit in the back of the car for gigging so I've decided to put it up for sale.

This is a solid pine cab covered with proper tweed cloth (not tweed-effect tolex) and a vintage style leather handle.  Looks the dogs bollocks to my eyes!

4 x Jensen C10R 25W 8 ohm speakers in it wired for 100 watts @ 16 ohm load.

I've had it for a couple of years (bought it on eBay) and it sounds mint when I've had the chance to use it.  Perfect for  rock n roll or Chicago blues!

No cheeky offers mind - I'll not be too bothered if it doesn't sell and I may decide to keep it if I have a change of heart.

Although the back of the amp says 16 ohm I can't see how it can be wired for that load - I personally think it's an 8 ohm load.  Happy to be corrected though!

Just too much hassle sorting out packaging and then having to wait in all day for a courier to collect mate.

Aw dude, you book thru summat like Parcel2Go and leave it at work, they collect whether you're there or not. And they have pick up/drop off locations. Gets stuff sold and dosh in yer pocket.

Would love to mate but courier wouldn't get through the security guards/barrier!

Chances are I will have to bite the bullet and agree to post it soon though - got my eyes on a semi (oo-er!)

But they're not 16ohm speakers: they're 8ohm (as you can see on the rim of the speakers in the 2nd photo!), so it's an 8ohm cab.
