Tuning ?

Please can someone give me an heads up on the tuning used in this video. I'm thinking standard dropped to Eb.

Also, what's the guitar ( I've never seen a steel string Taylor with slotted headstock)

Looks like a normal set of chord shapes to me, and I can't hear any modal-tuning characteristics

Yep I think it's just tuned down a semi tone.
