Old EHX power adapter lead thingammy

You must know the ones, for attaching a 2.5 mm jack plug to a standard boss style power adapter lead? For really old pedals, like my '74 small stone, or an old Jen Wah? That kind of thing.

I had one, I broke it rearranging my board, possibly because it also goes through a polarity switcher as well on its way to the most awkward pedal in the world (though nothing else sounds like it).

I got it from johnny shredfreak years ago, and they no longer seem to exist, can anyone point me in the direction of somebody still selling this terribly useful tiny bit of wire?

They're easy enough to make if you like soldering.

I've got quite a few old pedals with those little jack plug things so it worked out a lot cheaper to make my own.
