When set in the middle position of the blade switch (with the toggle choosing the single coils only), if I have the toggle in the upper position (neck!), touching the lug for the middle makes a noise, neck is silent. Vice versa is true in the bottom position.
In the middle, both are SILENT and the lugs I've linked with black wire all make a sound when touched. I'm wondering if this means I've wired the switch backwards and it's not symmetrical? It didn't match the Duncan wiring diagram in terms of the lugs, where the top one on the right was lower than the top one on the left. If that makes sense...
I've used tape to insulate against the shielding paint for both switches. The fact I'm getting noise from the switch tells me the pots are wired okay I think, so it's probably a switch problem.
