I guess the contributors can only vote for two .... :-)

Shame there were not more entries ...

    I ran out of time.

I'm guaranteeing right now to enter the next one regardless. Even if I have to submit 3 minutes of armpit farts I'll get something in.

The next task is .. Pete Doherty is looking for a new guitarist for the Libertines .. write a track that would impress him and get you the gig .. ;-)

    Next up Axl Rose ...

Maybe the next challenge should be covers of Cage's 4'33"?
    ;)

This is exactly the point I made in the other thread.

I've made a commitment to myself to get an entry in for every challenge, whether I'm inspired or not, whether it's easy or hard, whether it's 'good' or 'bad' (and who am I to tell, anyway?). Just get something in. I think it's a really good creative discipline. There's a lot of romanticism about the creative act and 'being inspired' but, as someone once said, in reality it's 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration.

I think the more you do it, the easier it becomes. It's like exercising a muscle.

What? Just cough and clear you throat for four minutes .. could allow for an interesting experiment with convolution reverbs .. :-)

Didn't manage to enter again this month...... Still do intend to get back into these in the future but recently joined a band again after a couple of years out and that's getting most focus at the minute. I'm still going to try for this months raw riff and solo if I can.
