Max Guitars are very happy to discuss trade-in type deals, so presumably the Ebay buyer did that.

More importantly, the Max Guitars disclose the re-glued upper horn?

I have no idea that glue has been applied to the horn...they showed me the mark but i didnt really care to be honest....as long as it played well and sounded good, it doesn't bother me. The pics don't hide anything.

uh, because its a 7 year old guitar?

Would you say a 1952 fender telecaster than has a many scratches, bumps and knocks has been a solid guitar thought the years?

Open to offers whatever it may be. No Issues at all. The neck is quite chunky and feels round and fat. Makes playing very easy indeed. This is  a players guitar. 

Apparently has had a horn repair. Does not affect the guitar at all.

 Few dents and scratches and knocks but does not affect the guitar at all.
