Epi LP Jr - I've always fancied one of these to mod; my wife has one and they're great little players. Proper stripped down rock machines.

This was fifty quid on Scumtree so it was too good to turn down. Came with the requisite Rocksmith fret markers, which I peeled off. My plans are to junk the pickup for a splittable (covered or zebra, not sure yet) bucker, change the vol pot for a switchable unit and have some knurled Tele style chrome knobs instead. I also have some Grover tuners somewhere which will also find their way onto it. Oh, and that ghastly pup surround can sling it as well. I initially thought of stripping the paint but the finish is fairly tidy with no scratches etc, so I may just leave it alone and go for the classy, understated look with the above upgrades...
