Buzz Electronics programmable looper, has 4 loops and 1 amp switch output.
Great for controlling a small pedal board with the ability to switch channels on an amp. Each of the 5 footswitches can be set to operate either in standard mode, toggle on/off corresponding loop, or programmable mode, turn on preselect combination of loops.

Yes, I think there is a PIC micro in there that reads the switches, controls the LEDS and activates the various combinations of the loops via relays.
