**SOLD***'. I bought this new in 2008, it's one of the first ones made and is serial number 051. It's.a Tube Screamer style pedal, with two modes accessible by a switch on the side, each mode has a different gain setting. The higher gain setting also has a bass boost so sounds huge. It's a GAS 809 model, so pretty much fuses the 808 and 909 models into one. It's also a signature pedal for German session player Tom Riepl, you know, Tom Riepl, THE Tom Riepl.....!! Comes with the original manual, signed by Mr Rodenberg himself. Has Velcro on rear. Postage included at £65. Cheers.

Thanks mate, they sure are. Ulrich Rodenberg makes pedals for the likes of Steve Lukather, Joe Bonamassa, Victor Wooten etc. From the website... The GAS-809 TOMTONE pedal runs a real GAS-808 Overdrive and a GAS-909+ Overdrive in such a small box! In addition to the unique TOMTONE design the pedal impresses with its sophisticated construction and its functionality. With the Drive - Frankenstein - control the pedal gives you overdrive control range from zero to maximum. The GAS-809 has no Tone and Level control pots, but a three position tone switch and a three positionLevel switch on the top panel. Here you can choose for Low/Med/High Tone and (Output)-Level. With the 809 switch on the right side you can push the pedal from 808 Overdrive mode into the 909 High Gain mode. Here the GAS-809 works automatically with no Bass Boost in 808 mode, in 909 mode with Bass Boost. In the 909 mode, at the request of Tom Riepl, the Bass Boost is designed to be higher than with the standard pedals = creamy lead sounds. When changing from 808 to 909 mode the Jewel LED switches from Blue to Red - really amazing. With the LED rocker switch you can brighten up the Jewel LED, this makes sense on a bright stage. Finally the GAS-809 TOMTONE includes a True Bypass switching and a Long-Life quality footswitch!
