Squier Cabronita Bigsby Tele SOLD

Bit of a back story to this one I had some Thomann vouchers that were due to expire so I bought this in a hurry based on it being nearly the same cost as 'Bigsbyfying' my Thinline Tele.



Came last week is brand new (plastic film on guard and pickup stil) but now technically used as I played it for half an hour. I'm used to the 7.5" U neck and as a nicely put together as this is it doesn't come close to my '69 for me and therefore I know it won't get used.

With hindsight I should have bought a nice hard case for one of my other guitars but that's GAS for you.

I could return it I guess but I'm not really a fan of the that as the retailer loses out so thought I'd see what trades might be out there?

Hit me with anything although I'm not really looking for amps and pedals.

No problem at all - I'm a couple of hundred quid in. It's not a secret just price them up on Thomann. They are £250-300 in most places here.

Thought I'd look at trades as they can sometimes be mutually beneficial.

what kind of pedals might you be after, with cash too of course.

There's no pedal in my gas list in afraid. Not since I bought my multi-fx as it covers everything I need at the moment.

I'm not being akward - if I had a specific want I'd say.

To make it easier if someone offers up a nice semi and I need to add a bit cash to the deal then I'd probably be a happy man.

Equally try me with anything!

Schecter Omen Extreme FR? I value it a little bit above £170 but if you're interested I'm sure we can work something out.

is that posted? Do these have the skinny gloss CV style necks or the slightly thicker matte VM style necks?

I'd rather not post it at all but I wasn't including postage at £170 - I haven't played a VM tele but it's a gloss neck.

Not sure if I would call it skinny though...

I checked the spec and its a VM model, but might share the CV neck i suppose if its gloss? No worries if you cant post.

It would have been an SKB SG case...

As I said I've nothing particular in mind which I know makes trades difficult. I'd trade up inc my cash against a nice epiphone semi. But feel free to try anything as I can only say no.

Definite no would be anything pointy, anything with a floyd, any super strat or fancy tops/inlays!

Wish I'd known that before I posted lol.

I tried one of these in a shop today, really good guitar it was. I lost my heart to a Ricky but if I can sell my Schecter I'll be having this off you.

You are within your rights to return it. That's their policy.

Of course @loobs and if it was a more expensive guitar I might chose that option.

However on this occasion I've taken the responsibility for buying a relatively cheap guitar unseen and decided not to exercise that right.

Part of me can't be arsed to box it and send it as well!
