I just wanted to say a big thank you to Fender UK and @MattFGBI

I had a problem with a bone nut on a CS Nocaster. Matt booked it in for me. Sent the guitar back on the 20th May, got it back on 1st June (would have been sooner but the Nocasters have a funny sized nut, so a blank had to be ordered.)

Top service due to Matt. And the new nut has been so well replaced, you wouldn't know. Even matches the Relic look and cut to perfection! 

Anyhow, credit where credits due! Thank you Fender and thank you Matt

Nice to hear.

You could get cynical and say "well at that price...." etc etc, but nowadays price is no indication of customer service.

I like Fender.

yup, but I don't come across service like this very often on ANYTHING! I certainly didn't expect it from such a big company. 

The original problem was due to the material, not Fender. Bone's not man made, so it's going to have imperfections. 

Either way, great service needs to be mentioned I recon.

Some companies are too big and think they don't have to offer decent customer service.

As has been said many times on here...it's not necessarily how often things go wrong, but how well it's dealt with when shit happens.
