Yamaha Ac6r

I tried this yesterday. What a guitar, it's hand made in the Japanese factory and is a clear step up over the Ac3r, build quality was immense, but the playability, wow, the best playing acoustic I've had in my hands till now... it's way more than I want to spend, but...

some of my guitars are stirring anxiously in their cases..

Haven't tried the A series but the L series are amazing. Yamaha acoustics are brilliant. Rock solid, consistent and far less expensive than they should be. Just dont seem to as "cool" as other brands.

I think a lot of Yamaha's issues stem from being so closely associated to school/stunedt instruments and of course the pacifac line. Shaking that entry level tag is hard.

But wow, there upper range stuff is great too
