    The Bigsby was the first successful design of what is now called a whammy bar or tremolo arm, although vibrato is the technically correct term for the musical effect it produces. In standard usage, tremolo is a rapid fluctuation of the volume of a note, while vibrato is a fluctuation in pitch. The origin of this nonstandard usage of the term by electric guitarists is attributed to Leo Fender, who also used the term “vibrato” to refer to what is really a tremolo effect.

    A neighbour of mine has a sunburst 00028 (not an EC one) - and it is without doubt the best sounding acoustic guitar I've ever played.

    First impressions

    Neck- 10/10. Amazing feel. Toberlone shaped.
    Sound: 9/10 Wonderful bass and middle, good volume, great sep.
    Build- 9/10 rosewood is stunning- and it's a martin.
    Previous Owner: 1/10 Heard he's very dodgy and goes by the name of @crunchman
