To aim low or fix?

So, since the incoming Tele I've got a need to sell something.  First on the rank is my Ibby S470 which I do like but it gets the least use (almost zero if I'm being honest).. Problem is that somebody, ME, tried to change the action without loosening the strings and kinda broke the nut thingy.  Is it better to sell as is and mention the fault or try and get it fixed?  I'm fairly handy at the techy stuff but I just can't find the part online.  Here's a, blurryish , picture of the offending item, there will be cleaning

This http://www.ibanezrules.com/parts.htm place is excellent. It is however in the US so takes a week or so to arrive. It ought to be a relatively easy fix, but the market doesn't really love Ibbys at the mo so you have to weigh this against potential selling price.

Me, I love 'em, especially the S Series, so I'll be interested where this goes.
