Cheap strat wanted

I've decided I can't part out my first electric as it holds too much sentimental value to me, so with mighty budget of £250 I'm looking for a strat or parts to build one. What ya got?

I've paid £180 and £220 but in fairness I had to do a refret on the cheaper one!

I do I've had many a westone over the years, however these arnt the easiest to mod and I'm a tinkerer
