FS : Haigh Custom SG with Spider hard shell case - Traded

Reluctantly up for sale is my Haigh UK Custom built SG made in the UK by Haigh Guitars in Yorkshire.

I originally bought this off the very lovely Jookster and said I would offer it here first if I ever sold it on before listing it on the usual suspects.

Beause I have acquired a shiny new toy this lovely guitar is on the block and as it is a Gibson SG 61 RI that I got duplication means ta ta to the Haigh SG.

It is a through neck construction of very nice mahogany and has a lovely cherry finish. The action is nice and low with no buzzes and 10s feel very slinky on it. It is a wee bit heavier than a Gibson SG (still way lighter than a Les Paulk htough) and resonates very well.

The usual appointments apply SG wise except it has a pair of Kent Armstrong mini-humbuckers which give a sort of Firebird vibe tone wise.

It has a very nice honk to it which zings nicely due to the fancy bridge arrangement which has brass bridge elements.

It comes with a Spider hard shell case too.

£350 posted to the UK firm as it is a bargain at that price for a custom UK luthier made guitar.

Most likely posted via Interparcel/UPS and will be fully insured and tracked, well packed too.

As a former owner of this guitar (and there's been a few on here) I can testify it really is a great guitar and an absolute steal for a uk hand built guitar

Cheers and I wholeheartedly agree @monofin, you speak the truth and if I could justify it and not have to recoup a bit on the SG 61 RI it would be going nowhere, and I mean that sincerely.
