Price check: Ibby AM80 on the bay

Hey all,

Can you please shed some light if you know anything about these?

The only things I've found is that they came out in they US as AM300 (instead of AM80 in the UK) and that, allegedly they got the nicer super 58s PUs.

Now, the AM300s get good reviews but I think those were made MIJ which the AM80 were not (Korea) and I'm sceptical as to whether the 2 model codes designate the same gtr.

The AM300 imho would worth the BIN price whereas the AM80 probably not.. OTOH I know nowt about those so thought I'd check with yous first.

Does this seem reasonable or people are taking the piss on the grounds these are rare etc..?
