FS 1990 Fender Mexican Strat - one of the first Mexican made Fenders!

Hi guys, I have for sale here my trusty Mexican Strat. I've own this guitar since new and it was what I learned to play a guitar on. I am only selling because I never play it and feel it needs a new life with someone else. This is one of the first Fenders made in the Mexican factory it is an early serial number and a cracking little 25 year old guitar! Apparently the first year Mexican Strats were mostly American parts which were just assembled in Mexico so the quality of this guitar is right up there with US made stuff of the era. The next has a very thin nitro finish none of the thick poly you see these days and as you can tell it has naturally reliced with years of playing! The body has its fair share of nicks and marks but adds to the vibe. I have recently replaced the tuners with vintage klusons and bridge saddles with original Fender parts. The pick guard and knobs are aged from Fat Boy Guitars. I have all the original parts too which will be included and I'll even throw in a gig bag. I never changed the pickups as they sound big, fat and very stratty. This is a great playing and sounding Strat and your chance to own a unique guitar for a great price. I'm looking for £400 for it and can post free of charge. No trades I'm afraid though I need the cash on this one. Be very careful, my friend... people always regret selling their first guitar... especially one they learned on.  This forum is full of lamenting guitarists with a tales of guitar-selling woe.

Thanks guys it's a tasty guitar but just doesn't get played anymore so would rather it went to a new home!
