    This R7 is awesome, total players guitar and far from a case queen. Sounds amazing, has the lowest action ever and looks fantastic. 

    None of this pre aged / relic fake ageing.

    Looks real, as it is all real.

    I laughed, so goes to show I have the same sense of humour.


    The neck is large, however it does not have big shoulders which means its not massive at all. I like a large neck profile and out of all my guitars with large necks this is the smallest of the lot.

    Have played R7s with much larger necks than this one.

    Mainly I think the lack of large shoulders makes this one very comfortable.

    How does it compare to an R8?   I like a nice fat neck (so much so, I'm growing one myself!).

    Sorry, I'm not well educated in Les Paul's.

    Similar size. 

    I have found R8s can have similar profiles to the R7s. The two models as far as I am aware have similar neck profiles. As in larger and not slim.
