Shocking Images From Last Nights Storm

What's Hot
It appears the storm was worse than some expected. Not sure how some of these people will be able to get back to normality.

It must have avoided all the posh areas.

I think the 'end of the world, sky is falling etc' is because it's in the south.

Here, there was a light breeze and it drizzled. A bit.

Hmmm - well, my Sister has had a 60ft Poplar tree crash through the centre of her garage... and acts of "God" like this are not covered on insurance. She lives in SE London...

I do think the media over-egged it all a bit... and north of the storm (like here in Northants) yes there was a bit of wind and a lot of rain but nothing like elsewhere in the country.

But thoughts to anyone who this morning *has* got damage as a result of the storm.
    Never Ever Bloody Anything Ever.

we've been quite lucky and escaped most of the wind, tho we've made up for it in rain I think.

The worst thing is the effect its had on Franks digestive system.....................still, the rain helped wash a lot of it away

    :D
